A black and white bathroom, otherwise known as a monochrome bathroom, is a classic look that has been stealing people's hearts for a long time now. The stunning contrast between the opposite shades in black and white bathrooms offers a stunning visual effect that can often make a monochrome bathroom appear much more expensive that it is in reality. This small black and white bathroom has created a stunning feature wall using black and white bathroom wallpaper. The feature wall is complemented by some clever space‐saving fixtures like the wall hung basin and short projection toilet.
Timber, good quality wooden frames look good in traditional homes. Hard woods, such as teak and oak are more expensive than soft woods but are also more resiliant. Timber frames are more prone to weather conditions sun and rain can take their toll swelling, shrinking or warping the frames, making the doors difficult to open or close and facilitating draughts. Stained or painted, wooden frames are high maintenance compared with aluminium or pvc.
